Use cases


A museum wished to have a new image by refitting its building completely. The team wished, before starting this work, to be able to visualize and anticipate the new spaces. Its goal was to offer a better circulation to the public with a greater logic of presentation of the collections.

Thanks to Nova, it could visualize what was going to be new installation. Thanks to the functions of displacement of objects it placed virtually at best its collections, for the majority fragile and not easily easy to handle.

The real installation did not bring a bad surprise because all the problems could be solved before the realization. The museum thus made large time and money savings while offering a better considered space.

A painter exposing primarily in a Parisian gallery, wished that its works be seen more largely in France and in the rest of the world.

With Nova Studio he created a virtual gallery. He then published it with Nova Server thus allowing its works to be exposed in permanent manner and this without constraints for the visitors: no waiting time, no powerful graphics card needed, not installation of plugin, no loading of data…

Without Nova Server, which allows everyone to get into a graphically rich virtual universe without any requirements, this result would never have been reached. Realizing that the communication made around its project and talks about it had created more visits on his website,  he even started to sell his works on line.

A research centre working on the effects of the lighting into the environment wished to integrate in its emotions analysis software a realistic rendering with various environments.

It used Nova SDK for that. It allowed him to integrate a zone of rendering in its own software and to connect peripherals specialized to detect emotions.

At the end, the research centre did not have to develop a graphic rendering of the lighting environments. It could concentrate on its specific work of research. Moreover, it now benefits from the constant evolutions of Nova SDK allowing him to reach always more reality.
